“Nancy and her staff are amazing and very skilled. Tammy, in billing, is spot on with insurance coverages and working with patients for payment arrangements. I knew upfront what my costs were going to be, prior to my appointments. And I received such great care and PT that I have referred many friends and family to Nancy and her staff, all of whom have received great customer service in patient care and in billing.”

“I recommend this place to anyone! The front desk staff is very welcoming and friendly. The clinic is very clean and organized. Very educated, friendly, and up to date physical therapist. It’s nice to have a friendly relationship with your therapist, but also get very educated on your injury/treatment while you are going through your treatment and that’s exactly what you get! A staff. Thank you!”

“This place really helped me. They were great. I had excellent care and would hands down recommend this clinic to anyone. Nancy Mitrano is an excellent clinician and very skilled at what she does.”

“I highly recommend you tell your Doctor this is the place you need, if you need any kind of physical therapy! This place is very clean and well organized and they work closely with your Dr.. The Staff is well educated and the owner is a Physical Therapist herself; she believes in continuing education. So we the people paying for this service, get the latest and greatest therapy! I’ve worked with about half of the Therapists on staff at one time or another and am very impressed with the service I have received. You can tell this is more than a job to them, it’s a passion. They take a personal interest that you improve quickly. If you want the most out of your recovery, Impact Therapy is the only place you need to go!”

“I have worked with Nancy Mitrano off and on since 2005 with a degenerative disks in the my Lumbar spine. I have found Nancy to be a very knowledgeable, intuitive and compassionate therapist and deeply committed to the care of her patients. She, and her staff have created a very warm and welcoming environment, which can be felt when you walk through the door, but I want share a more personal story about Nancy commitment to this patient care. Last year after all evasive non surgical treatments, were exhausted including physical therapy to alleviate the pain from 2 bulging disks in my low back. I had surgery to fuse the last two segments in my Lumbar spine. A week before the surgery Nancy emailed me to see how I was doing, and to send good wishes for the surgery. I was touched by her thoughtfulness and compassion even though I had not been in clinic for 2 months prior to the surgery, and while recovering home from the surgery for 3 weeks Nancy would email me on a regular basis to see how I was doing and to see if I needed anything. Nancy is only therapist I have ever worked with who followed up with me after medical procedure, and it was very touching knowing that she was carrying a full patient load during the week at her clinic; what a generous person. During the rehab process Nancy has incorporated some new and innovative techniques of core strengthening, along with standard strengthening exercises with ever changing home program, and each day my life becoming pain free. I continue to recommended Impact Physical Therapy to my Orthopedic Surgeon, my Primary Care Physician, and Nurse Practitioners and friends.”

“I cannot thank Impact Physical Therapy for their excellent care. I am 76 years old facing multiple physical problems. Under their care I am learning how to improve my functional and physical capabilities. I am treated as a individual human being rather than just as a patient. Most of all I enjoy the friendship and love I receive every time I go there.”

“I have used Physical Therapy and Massage services at Impact PT. The care was always correct and beneficial. They have corrected previous PT errors, and I certainly appreciated this.. I have seen them for several problems, and always my functional and physical capabilities improved. In addition, I often learned exercises and body mechanics that were easy to incorporate into my daily life – facilitating and maintaining improvement. whenever possible, I have improved from their care and attention. I do believe that Manual PT, in conjunction with exercise programs is of great benefit, and the personalized attention and support was always appreciated.”

“I went into ImpactPT for an ankle problem that had plagued me for months. It left me basically unable to walk on it after playing a soccer game. Within minutes they had my diagnoses and then fitted my foot for orthopedic insole. After using the insole for a few weeks, there was a noticeable improvement after playing soccer or hiking. Within a couple of months there was absolutely no pain.”

“As a patient, the care I received at Impact PT has been excellent. The care is one on one with the physical therapist, not an aide. There was the short term recovery planning for my problem (sacroiliac joint inflammation and scoliosis) as well as long term planning to prevent recurrence. The PT’s were all knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely caring. he front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking also at this facility that is in a great location in Lynnwood with easy access from the freeway or 99. As a physician, I have also referred numerous patients here with excellent results and never a complaint. There are PT’s closer to my office but Nancy Mitrano and Impact PT are the PT’s of choice for me and my practice.”
